The Government is closely monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus and is taking action at home and abroad. Public Health England have issued comprehensive guidance for schools which the Trust is following and checking for updates regularly.
The Trust understands that this is a worrying time for our families, advice currently indicates you should not be unduly worried about the possibility of your child catching the Coronavirus. The Trust is carefully monitoring the situation and directly following the advice given by Public Health England. We will make sure you are kept fully updated should the situation change through your child鈥檚 school website.
At this time, there is no reason why your child should not continue to attend school as normal.
A UK wide campaign has been launched to provide clear advice on how to slow the spread of Coronavirus by careful attention to basic personal hygiene practices such as regularly washing hands and always sneezing into a tissue, to stem the spread of viruses.
We are encouraging pupils to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene in all Trust schools. Please can you reinforce these messages at home.
